1 bag frozen breaded chicken wing drumettes, thawed
1 bottle hot sauce
1 bottle ranch salad dressing
1 stalk celery
1 bottle cooking oil (canola or sunflower)

(1) Preheat cooking oil in a deep fryer. MONITOR THE OIL CAREFULLY TO ENSURE IT DOES NOT GET TOO HOT.
(2) Cook the wings, one batch at a time, until golden brown.
(3) Place the wings in a clean bucket with a lid. Pour in the bottle of hot sauce and place the cover on the bucket. Shake vigorously until the wings are fully coated.
(4) Cut the celery into small sticks. Serve the wings with the celery sticks and a small cup of the ranch dressing.
