Everyone dreams of a white Christmas–snow falling down, a blanket of white covering the ground. In North Alabama this year, we had the real deal. In fact, according to the National Weather Service, we had the most measurable snowfall that we have ever had for Christmas. Here are some pictures that were taken in my hometown of Ryland, Alabama, which is located halfway between Huntsville and Gurley in Madison County.
