RECIPE OF THE WEEK: HASH BROWNS A LA RYLAND


INGREDIENTS:
Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
Fresh Sliced Mushrooms
Sliced Onions
Chopped Tomatoes
Shredded Montery Jack Cheese
Chopped Bell Peppers

DIRECTIONS:
Mix together all ingredients except tomatoes and cheese. Fry in skillet treated with cooking spray until golden brown. When serving, add tomatoes and top with cheese.
